Antigone is a one-act play by sophecles. Antigone is about a woman called Antigone who is put to death for giving her brother a proper burial. The act was forbidden by her uncle, the ruler then Creon. Creon gets disobeyed; friends are bribed to go against him; he ends up losing his wife, son, and niece; and he gets called out for his way of ruling. It is usually argued that the play has two tragic heroes: two characters whom end up making a decision that lead to a tragic ending.
