Poseidon then took the form of Odysseus in his peak state. He walked through Ithaka with a blank face, Athena started walking next to Poseidon and whispered; “Hello, I’m Athena in disguise, who are you?”. He stopped and before she could speak another word, he threw her onto the ground and slammed his trident down, with her neck between two prongs Poseidon began slowly pushing down until she could barely breathe. He then calmly stated; “I am Poseidon”. The townspeople tried to remove uproot the trident but they weren’t nearly strong enough. A crowd of people began calling for help but nobody could lift the trident. Poseidon had reached the doors of Odysseus 's palace, he continued inside and began closing all the windows and any doors that led outside except the doors he entered through. In the background, Odysseus could see a tsunami forming, it grew to be hundreds of times bigger than Ithaka itself. There was a pause, everyone was silent, then Poseidon dropped his arms. There was a faint roar, like a lion intimidating its prey, the roar got lowder and lowder as the lion stepped closer, then the lion pounced, killing anything in its path, killing with devastating power. The water covered all of Ithaka except the palace until a devastating ripple effect began to approach Odysseus. He stood there looking at Poseidon, when the ripple hit the palace. Poseidon disappeared in the water, the water filled the house to the ceiling, then the doors slammed closed. Odysseus swam and found his family, they looked for a way to get out but Poseidon had already taken care of that. The water leveled out and the only visible part of Ithaka was Odysseus’s Palace.
