This means going to doctors, which proved earlier do not always help, but going to people who people can trust, is someone to go to. Mental health professionals are trained to help a person understand their feelings and help them through them, and improve their well being(“Suicide Prevented”). Also to help would be going to psychotherapy and getting a good dosage of medication from a doctor a person can trust. Just these little thing can keep a person from hurting themselves or somebody else. The road to recovery is just what somebody needs to be led down, be saved from themselves, and be happy. Furthermore ,in today’s society, mental illness should be better taken care of. Mental illness is nothing to play around with and can be very serious depending on diagnosis and seriousness of the disease, it can not be treated like nothing. It is causing unnecessary death from everyday people who look normal, but are not. To help the needy, people need to push and push to strive to get better because no one should deal with deal, and no one should be affected by mental illness, a terrible
