Since Germany was at its low and everything was grim, Hitler and the party could manipulate the minds of Germany. Shortly after Hitler switched over to a one sided dictatorship. From there he relied on terror to control the country. Individuals lost their own right for freedom. Not too long from that the Jews were distasteful to the German society. Under Hitler's rule, they were all deported to extermination camps. The SS-Oberstgruppenführer (General) were the ones who would be in control of the camps. Similar to the movie like ‘The boy in the Striped Pajamas’. In the movie, Bruno’s father became the general for one of the camp a lot of things had changed.
