In order to keep my life as peaceful as possible. I have a schedule of when I study, sleep and work. When I’m done scheduling, I set time aside for relaxing and hanging out with friends. Giving myself a break from a strenuous work load allows for me to not feel overwhelmed or stressed. I have learned that I cannot do everything all at once, but I can accomplish a lot more when taking the time to set goals throughout the year and rewarding myself for my hard work which ultimately makes for a positive attitude and a healthy mind.
As a result, ensuring good health is about taking responsibility for your mind, body and soul. In addition to my health regime, I make appointments to go see a doctor and dentist every year for a good physical development. Throughout my experience, I have learned persistence and self-control to make the right decisions when achieving good health.
