Will gun control be the solution to all massive shooting? Or will this act diminish our second amendment “The right to bear arms”? Most citizens would agree with the idea,but some would not. The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution controls all gun regulation in the United States. The Amendment reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed".There are two debates over this amendment.One would say a state law violates the "right to bear arms" the law is unconstitutional and invalid. Every day people are killed by guns.With these regulations, it tightest the gap between criminals having the possession of owning one or even using it.Having more control over these powerful machines can decrease the criminal rate.For all the procedure one person must go thru into handle a gun it 's very reasonable.But too much gun control would lead to larger black market operations,Where supply easily purchased without any background or any courses to determine if the person is eligible to handle a gun.Giving the criminals a wide of variety weapons to choose from. So, if people are allowed to have guns then why are there gun control laws? The reason why gun control was issued was because of Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated on November 22, 1963, of President John F. Kennedy. This incident alerted the public and increased the awareness in which leading to question why there was a relative lack of control over the sale and possession of firearms in America?
