The 3D’s: Dedication, Determination, and Discipline

Pursing a degree in nursing is by no means easy and has taught me what I refer to as the 3D’s: dedication, determination, and disciple. I am required to complete a total of 128 semester hours, 42 of which have to be part of my Foundations Curriculum. Fortunately, other than microbiology and its lab, organic chemistry, college algebra, introduction to sociology, and two psychology classes, I get to choose what foundation courses I take. Some of the ones I have chosen so far have been Art Appreciation, National Government, and Introduction to Theatre.
