What Is Sacrifice In The Odyssey

Decent Essays
Holding on to our promises is not easy. PERSEVERANCE is necessary for us to prove those vows to whom we had committed. Like what Odysseus did in the movie, The Odyssey, he still managed to live despite of circumstances he encountered for him to be united again with his beloved family -Penelope and his son. Thus, Odysseus is undoubtedly persevered.

The venture of Odysseus was really stupendous. I was much upset when he handled the feeling of burden when he was jailed and fought with different characters. His goal to go back to his fatherland, Ithaca, led him in conquering the battles of life. Odysseus is undeniably determined on his will.
