SFC Smith on 7 October 2015 you and three other Senior NCOs were conducting an NCO meeting with other NCOs when SSG Smith made an unprofessional statement. At this point no NCOs stopped the Soldier and made an on the spot correction. The Soldier was allowed to continue make unprofessional statement.
SFC Smith we have to make sure that each of your junior NCO understand the definition of “TACT”. Tact is defined as a keen sense of what to do or say in order to maintain good relations with other or avoid offense.
As seniors we need to ensure we are maintaining good working order and discipline at all time. SFC Smith you must also understand that a leader’s presence determines how other perceive that leader. When you did not stop SSG Smith,
