Professionalism is someone who is trained to do a job and definition is often defined by many. Professionalism is an important factor in our society, by displaying great character, display good judgement, maintaining a healthy self image and lifestyle, and doing what you love, while trying to make a positive difference. These often in the workforce are key factors that suddenly helps. My example is I love to serve and help others, this has helped me find my career in nursing and shaped me to the professional person I’ve become.
