Figure 1 illustrates information about the attitudes of male and female participants to teamwork. The x-axis demonstrates the answer options such as “Good”, “Neutral” and “Poor”, whereas the y-axis shows the number of participants which include overall 30 people. According to the legend, the males and females are described by blue and red colors respectively. Overall, it is clearly seen that most people have good positions to teamwork. The graph shows that 15 females and 7 males have positive attitude to the teamwork. Maybe, it can be explained that the most participants probably think that the teamwork is useful and has lots of positive sides. Then,

The reasons that participants gave were various. For instance, 3 people answered that teamwork has the good impact because the team members develop their communication skills, find new friends and become more sociable. One participant states “Teamwork trains students' communication skills and sharing ideas with others.” Additionally, 4 participants claim that the teamwork at school is beneficial because they learn to work in teams, which is very important in the future, especially in job. Also, 7 people assert that the teamwork influences to students positively and, overall, it is essential for their personal development. As for example, there is a couple of responds that I would like to highlight: “It teaches you to work with different types of people. Some people even learn how to become a leader” and “Teamwork is a good step to succeed in life”. However, only 5 people (17%) think that the teamwork has bad influence to students at school. There is one response that I would like to consider: “Actually I hate the teamwork because every time only one person does every work and when people share their work duties, someone can forget about them”. The respondent gave exact reason why he does not prefer cooperative work, it could be explained by the past experience. There were 2 teachers among the participants and their answers have very close idea. The teacher of KIMEP University said that she was convinced that the teamwork at school had a lot of positive impacts and it was necessary to develop personal skills.
