In my understanding, I believe that patience is the ability to be able to wait for whatever it may be that you are doing and to have a calm and positive state of mind. These include bus drivers because you need to be able to handle the public, most importantly when people can get disruptive and when traffic is congested; home health care because they need to be able to help people who are disabled and ill; customer service because being able to handle complaints and requests all day can test anyone 's patience; social workers because they help people who are in difficult situations; as well as many other jobs that require this virtue. Even though communication and employment may need to include patience, I also believe that within these two you must need it to be able to succeed in teamwork. In other words, when people work as a group to complete either an assignment, task, or a project, these individuals need to be able to stay calm, and focus with what they are supposed to be doing rather than worrying about what others are doing surrounding them. If patience isn’t present, than many of these individuals may not be able to conclude with what they are supposed to be
