Nursing a profession that is based on scientific research, theory, and concept centered, which is science based, however, nurses use the art of caring and focused on health care outcomes. Nursing and caring are grounded in a relational understanding, unity, and connection between the professional nurse and the patient (Jasmine,2009). The essence of professional nursing care is best embraced by an approach that includes its artistic and scientific dimensions (Jasmine,2009). Both nursing 's art and its science are essential for excellence in the performance of overall care (Jasmine, 2009).
