My greatest accomplishment was when my travel basketball team won the championship. At the end of the season our team had a record of 16 and 1; almost being undefeated. We played as a team and tried our best every game. We practiced day in and day out, perfecting our skills and plays. Even though we weren’t titled “undefeated”, in our hearts and minds we were. Being on the team made me value friendship and teamwork. Without my team members I wouldn’t have gotten a huge trophy or the championship title. In result of being the champions, we were each given a sweatshirt so we can have a memorabilia of that season. The sweatshirt had our last name and number on the sleeves and on the back was a basketball that was surrounded by flames and our record.
