Mrs. Cunningham is a 68 year old female who presented to the ED via LEO under IVC with suicidal ideation with a plan to stab herself. At the time of the assessment Mrs. denies current suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, and symptoms of psychosis. According to Mrs. Cunningham last Thursday her and her husband got into a argument and him cheating on her 20 years ago. She expressed he said some something hurtful to her last Thursday. Mrs. Cunningham reports relational conflict has been a primary contributing stressors to her distress. She states, "sometimes I don't feel like I want to live, but I don't what to kill myself." Mrs. denies any history of suicidal attempts. Mrs. Cunningham reports practicing cutting behaviors last Friday morning
