The most important concept in module eight is FAIR Way strategy. The FAIR represents a perfect roadmap for treating people the best way to create a professional and efficient workplace. Air Force holds very firm standards to ensure all workplaces conduct business like the true professionals we are. It starts with feedback. Just like with so many other concepts we have discussed throughout this course, feedback is the key to success. We must give provide clear feedback so everyone understands what the standards are and you will be enforcing them. Assistance is used to ensure your co-workers and subordinates have everything they need to perform at the best level they can. I will ensure my shop has an open line of communication, not only with me, but with fellow co-workers and peers. I will set the clear standard and expectation for everyone to be open and respect one another. Now I know people have their own values and thoughts about certain things and that is great. I do not expect everyone to always agree, but I do expect everyone to provide professional feedback, assist when needed, include the team on group assignments, and respect one another. If there is an issue that is really bothering someone, I will make sure that everyone is aware my door is always open. By implementing the FAIR Way strategy my subordinates will gain knowledge and skills from those who have more experience and develop faster than I ever did. My peers will know I respect their thoughts, positions, and abilities to make discussion in my absences. My leadership will be at piece to know we handle our shop as a group of professional adults that take care of the mission and one another. This is another building block for the creation of a well-rounded, diverse, elite work center that can handle any and everything that is thrown our
