What Is Macbeth A Homicide

I detective Flores have been assigned to the case of Duncan's murder. The case is being portrayed as a homicide. Due to the fact that I had been present after the absurd scene took place the team decided it would be most beneficially if I took the case. I started off by listing the suspects. I came up with the Porters (who were drunk at the time) MacBeth, Lady Macbeth and Duncan's two sons Malcolm and Donalbain. After analyzing evidence and taking precautions of everything that was said that night MacBeth is looking guiltiest than ever. When my partner Lennox commented on the nice weather Duncan simply said "T'was a rough night" (2.3.70). He brushed it off as if nothing happened or if he was somewhere else all night long too busy to notice

I, Judge Awotwi, presided over the mock trial State Prosecution vs. Macbeth, and it is my duty to uphold the rule of law and instruct true justice upon this issue. The defendant entered a plea of insanity due to delusional compulsion before this court on October 24, 2017, after committing beyond a doubt one count of murder and two counts of felony murder. The question is not whether Macbeth committed these crimes, or if he is judged to be found guilty; it is to judge if the defendant “did not have [the] mental capacity to distinguish between right and wrong”, and that is the responsibility of the court (16-3-2). Due to the facts presented in court I have come to a verdict. The defense’s unique argument and main points overwhelmed the predominant…

In William Shakespeare’s play, Macbeth, the titular character willingly commits murder as his desire for kingship outweighs his immoral regret for murder, despite his initial hesitance in the beginning of the play. Macbeth’s doubts about killing King Duncan in Act I exemplify his early resistance: “This even-handed justice / Commends th’ ingredience of our poisoned chalice / To our own lips. [...] Besides, this Duncan / Hath borne his faculties so meek, hath been / So clear in his great office” (1.7.10-12, 16-18). Macbeth fears punishment caused by “even-handed justice,” resulting in hesitance to carry out the act of murder. Additionally, Duncan’s righteousness contributes to Macbeth’s qualms about killing such a virtuous man; nevertheless,…
