What Is Lincoln's Vision

Enthusiasm is a form of persuasiveness that causes others to develop and interest and willingness to accept what the leader is attempting to accomplish (Bethel, 2016). Reverently, Lincoln’s humanitarian instincts were evident in his actions and vision for the future of America. Even though, Lincoln’s life had been filled with adversity and his path to success was not easy; he strove for victory (Alvy & Robbins, 2012).

What was Lincoln’s vision, mission, and values? Ideally, a vision should be challenging but realistic so as not to destroy the spirits of the followers or members of the organization (Manning & Curtis, 2012).
