These include humerus, radius, ulna, femur, patella, tibia and fibula. In the arm the humerus, joins with the radius and ulna, forearm bones, at elbow joint. Femur is sinle bone in the thigh, joining with tibia and fibula at knee joint. Patella bone supports and protects knees quadriceps tendon.
Wrist, hand and digit bones:
These include carpals, meta carpals and phalanges. Wrist has 8 carpal bones: Scaphoid, Lunate, Triquetral, Pisiform, Trapezoid, Trapezium, Capitate, Hamate. Bones forming the palm of the hand are metacarpals and fingers are made of bone called phalanges.
Ankle foot and digit bones:
Bones in foot include phalanges, metacarpals, calcaneous and tarsals. Phalanges make the toes in the foot and meta carpals
