What Is Las Vegas's Electronic Dance Music Industry?

Las Vegas has always been known for the bright lights, and being the city that never sleeps. Naturally, it is also the home to many electronic dance music clubs, and high profile DJ’s that play all day and all night. On the strip in Vegas, there are clubs everywhere. The trend of electronic dance music is exploding on the strip. The clubs host some of the hottest DJ’s like Calvin Harris, Afrojack, and Tiesto. The clubs are in the massive casinos, and hotels filled with people and the bright lights of Las Vegas. In Las Vegas, it is a 24/7 party especially when it comes to electronic dance music. Vegas has always been a huge party city, but since the rise of electronic dance music it has made it into a multi-million dollar industry that goes on year round. The Light clubs is in the hotel/ casino of Mandalay Bay. There are tons of residents DJ’s that play all throughout the year, according to The Hungry Partier in 2015. Artist like A-trak, Alesso, Axwell, Baauer, Carl Cox, Clockwork, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Dyro, Sebastian Ingrosso, Krewella, Laidback Luke, Nicky Romero, Skrillex rage in the Light club at Mandalay Bay (The Hungry Partier). The Marquee club at The Cosmopolitan is another club that caters to raver. It is know for having amazing light shows, and a huge dance floor. It is home to some of the most famous DJ’s in the worlds. DJ’s like Armin Van Buuren, Benny Benassi, Borgore, Carnage, Cedric Gervais, Chukie, Dash Berlin, Ferry Corsten, Gareth Emery, Kaskade, Markus Schulz, Paul Oakenfold, and Porter Robinson play at the Marquee club.
