Kristy stated she knows about her rights. She knows she has the right to privacy, and this is her favorite right. Kristy loves knowing that she has the right to go to her bedroom and have some time to herself, whenever she wants. She also stated she has the right to “defend herself.” When asked, Kristy stated she is able to exercise her rights freely within her home, Hope Haven, and within her community. Her rights are reviewed with her frequently, and she has a copy of them that staff talks about with her daily. If there are any questions or concerns Kristy can ask staff any concerns she has at any given time. Kristy stated she does not vote in any kind of election at present, however if she wanted to, she would speak to Gail, her QDDP. She
