John Lennon believed and supported a one world government (NY Daily News). This was Lennon’s way of saying that wars dealing with political power had to come to an end. During the presidential election in the United States John Lennon expressed his belief that those within the government had so much power that the economy could and would be destroyed. This means the same people are in control, the same people are running everything but the people only care about the power and wealth. Too much political power in the hands of others would and could be detrimental (Fox News 7). This applies to what was stated in the thesis because people see ideas and innovations different, Lennon may have supported ideas that is absorbed but no needs to kill someone over
