Jerry’s overall attitude has improved and it shows in his work. His change in attitude has helped him to be more productive, decrease his shipping errors and work well with others. Jerry scored an excellent rating as his supervisor recognizes that Jerry is pleasant, happy, and enjoys his job. He helps others as needed as such as verifying order accuracy, assisting with running others BOL, and increasing overall productivity where in the past others were picking up the slack.
