What Is Holland's Code

1. In my opinion, the Holland's Code given to me was inaccurate, it did not have the qualities of my self-image. I feel in a different world, the Holland's Code I was given might be true, but my current position on life is not true to me. I feel that the thinkers code, or IES is more my style of thinking and how I interpret the world.

2. When I used the occupation finder, the career options were more business than anything else, or simply the not afraid of getting dirty types of jobs metaphorically speaking. In the ESI code, I got only the Computer Operations Supervisor job that mostly fits my personality. There isn't a career that I didn't consider before.
