First cause is when the heart does not get enough blood because of the plaque (Fatty Material) build up on the walls inside of blood vessels that take blood to the heart. Second, high blood pressure, the healthy heart pumps a regular amount of blood to the body, however, if someone has a high blood pressure, his heart muscle will pump a large amount of blood that leads the muscle to be thicker because of the hard work that performed. Finally, the heart muscle could be too hard or too weak to pump the blood.
