I think some people are hard to get along with because bad past experiences, not really a people person’s, and not communicators. Over the course of this class, I have learned that we must evaluate ourselves before saying the other person is hard to get along with. It makes me think, what if someone thinks I’m the one that’s hard to get along with? I say that because I feel I’m a bad communicator, but I pray about it every day. We never know what people that are hard to get along with, has been threw in life. Mr. Wright gives some great assumptions of dealing positively with negativists. The one that stood out the most was,” the first tip for dealing with the negativists in your life is to cover them with prayer” (Wright.1989, page131).
