What Is Golf The Hardest Sport

Decent Essays
Golf, in my opinion, is the hardest sport in the world and I love it. The reason I love the sport of golf so much is because it is so complex yet so simple. The main objective is to get the ball in the whole, simple right? Not at all. You have to keep your body squared to the ball while hitting, you also have to rotate your body in your backswing while keeping your lead arm straight. While starting your downswing you have to rotate your body towards the ball while rotating your wrists. Then, once you are getting closer to the ball you have to put all your weight on your front foot while attacking the ball, so by the end of your swing you should be on your toes with your back foot, while leaning forward on your front foot with it straight.
