What Is Gc3's New Employee Orientation

GC3’s new employee orientation will consist of an introduction of the GC3 organization and its history. It will also involve a review of policy and procedure, as well as, necessary tax forms and documentation. The orientation will be performed on the first day of employment and will include videos, activities, role play, as well as, a questions and answers sessions that will encourage group discussion. The following provides an outline of the new employee orientation and should be consistent across all store locations.
