All over the world, there are many orphans waiting for a home and a family. Many families wants to adopt, but are banned from doing so. These families have broken no law, and they are perfectly capable of taking care of a child. Why are these couples denied the right to become parents? Why are children left without families, even when there lives people nearby who wants to adopt them? In 42 out of 56 countries, adoption by same-sex couples are banned. They are denied their human rights to adopt children and become a family.
