There are many benefits that derive from a company that invests in training its employees, such as, building an employee 's confidence. With job specific training an employee will have better understanding of their job duties, which will translate into confidence in their work. Mistakes are possible when the workforce lacks the expertise needed for doing correct job. The more trained a worker is, the less likely of on the job accidents.
