When organizations are implementing either planned or unplanned change, the behaviors of both the leaders and the employees can provide a clear view of how ethical leadership and organizational justice influence employee’s behaviors relating to resistance and organizational citizenship. Thus, to examine the role and positive impact of leadership when organizations create an ethical climate and organizational justice during organizational change, this paper will highlight how the distrust of leadership behaviors and decision during change negatively impacted a group of employees in a large healthcare organization.
