What Is Ehr's Model?

 HL7 EHR-S FM refers to electronic health record system functional model created by HL7 (health level seven).
 HL7 EHR-S FM is a list of standardized reference list and model of functions which are required to be in EHR.
 The reference model is composed of three parts:
 Functional outline:
Detailed list of functions which describe the system behavior to users.
 Functional profiles:
Where the outlined model functions apply differently depend on the functional profile. For example different physician specialties would have different care settings for the same set functions.
 Assigned priorities: For the functions in the profile.
 The standard’s functional model contains approximately 1,000 conformance criteria across 130 functions,
