In addition, this study supports the theory on multiple intelligences and learning styles. Students have different abilities and learning styles and it was found out that there could be higher gains in achievement on posttest if there is an additional learning support services and letting them engage in a more enjoyable and challenging activities through tutoring that combine songs, games, and other cooperative learning strategies as compared to learning Math only through textbook (Burns, 2007).
