Throughout the years law enforcement agencies have looked for methods that could be used to promote safe practices in communities and deter crime. But for this to occur agencies and communities must make a collective effort to develop their partnerships. To do this they must develop a plan, establish policies and initiatives based on goals that will benefit everyone in the long-run.
