Does it take a degree from a four year college to become a millionaire? This question is being asked around america because many people are debating whether college is worth it is it just a waste of time and money. Some believe that it is worth it, some say otherwise.
But in this essay the reader will learn about why going to a four year college is worth it. One reason that going to college is worth it is because the weekly earnings of someone who has a degree is higher than those without. That is important because because the only way to live in this world is to have money. For example”, the median weekly earnings for someone with some sort of college but no degree were $712, compared to $1,038 for a college graduate.” This is from the article on page 87. Also because the unemployment rate of someone with a degree is much lower than someone who doesn't have one. That is important because in order to survive they would need money like i said earlier and in order to get money you need a job.
