My prediction of this book is that the kids will not meet or see Boo Radley. First, Boo was locked up. He was locked up after he stabbed his father with no reason. This shows that Boo was not sane enough to live in a community. Atticus or any parent would not let their children be around Boo causing the kids to never meet him. Boo was locked up at the courthouse basement. Boo was put there because he was not emotionally stable, and that causes people to not feel safe around him. Boo also would not attend church. He could have also been locked up which would lead him to not be able to attend but adults might process jail worse then sinning. Another reason is the Radley house is not vibrant. Not only were the doors and shutters closed on Sundays it was closed every day. Nobody ever saw any movement in or out of the house and, this could mean he is not even there. He could either be locked up or socially unstable to having human communication or contact. The second reason is people are scared of meeting him. He was the phantom of the small town. People believed that when he would breathe on flowers they would freeze and snap apart and, they created his personality to be threatening or scary. Others would say that the mere description of the Radley’s or their house would make people go crazy. The children would believe the mythical stories the adults would say and, that could cause them to be scared to try to have Boo come out. The elderly believed that when a bunch of animals became decapitated Boo was the suspect because, they were scared of that happening they would create fear of Boo in their children’s eyes. Stories of Boo formed fear unimaginable that when people would walk by Boo’s house they would walk on the other side of
