Both of course make sense.
But within this logic, there is also flaw. Here's the 8 flaws to be exact.
Group Coaching
8. Group learning/ sharing: Group work allows you to learn from other women who are going through the same thing. This is better than anything a coach can tell you, because it can give you a sense of 'normalcy.' The idea is that problems such as shame, failure, heartbreak are all experienced by other people and have even been survived by people from generations past. It is powerful to learn from women going through the same thing.

Losing the shame: Many women are ashamed of the challenges they're facing (e.g. unable to maintain a happy marriage, tough time in holding down a job, feeling like a poor mother, embarrassed about her low worth). The only way to work through the shame completely is by speaking about it out loud (and not just to a coach... but with a group).
4. Proper support system: Healthy and proper social support system is one thing I always encourage my clients to find. It's important for their emotional well-being. And it is important to yours. In group settings, this social support system is BROUGHT TO YOU. Remember, everyone at the workshop is there for the same reason. Perhaps they are facing different life challenges but the group has a common goal; to improve their happiness and level of fulfillment.
3. Empowerment: Sharing your story and finding your voice during a workshop is the first step to complete empowerment. For women who have a particularly hard time speaking up, the only way to overcome this is by being finding a safe environment to overcome what you fear.
