Some girls are insecure because they are not sure. They are constantly telling themselves that they are not good enough. But what does being insecure really mean? Insecurities comes from not loving yourself or respecting yourself. People telling people they are not good enough or pretty enough makes them think negative things. Hearing these things makes people really question themselves or make them wonder. People being called ugly because of their skin color, nobody in the word can change their skin color unless they tan other than that nobody can change their skin color. Everybody in the world is not alluring. Most people that's insecure commit suicide even if they are beautiful they dont feel like they are. They commit suicide because they feel like nobody likes them or those sorts of things. What causes low self esteem? Low self esteem can come from things that happened in your life your childhood. It also can come from the things you seen or saw. Negative beliefs about yourself can cause later problems in the future. Insecurities come from looks to money to plans for or life. Being insecure about certain things is normal as long as you know how to take it or deal with you. Low self esteem people blame themselves for everything they start suffering from low level depression self. They start to feel like their are things they can't do very well mainly with social stuff or being successful or trying to stay in a relationship.
