Many women go everyday with their daily routines feeling great about their hair. Little do they know everything they’re doing with their hair could be completely wrong!Some people know the dangers that certain things can have of their hair, while others don’t. Hair salons, magazines, and even beauty supply stores can put ideas into women’s minds making them believe that something is “good” for their hair or “harmless” to them. Some may even know that something is bad however, since they are not aware of the effects they simply don’t care. Here is the truth about some of the things you may be doing wrong with your hair.

Now, what are some things that are harmful to hair? There are many things including: coloring, bleaching, blow drying, straightening,over shampooing,over brushing, and tight braids, buns, or ponytails.

We all know that exercise is a great thing to keep the body healthy. But what happens when we exercise too much? The body gets worn out and rather than making it stronger, too much exercise can lead to overworking the body leading to a weak limp body that needs to rest. Just how doing too much to your body has a negative effect so does doing too much to your hair. When you brush it you’re pulling it putting some stress on the hair. This is a good thing because you want the tangles out, however unnecessary brushing a hundred times on already detangled hair can overwork it leading to weak hair. The same thing happens with tight hairstyles such as braids, buns, and ponytails. If you pull too tight and the hair is like this for days or even hours it may not be able to hold on and can lead to
