They were able to do that because of testing so now they can grow ears for humans and animals.Next, animals have a shorter lifespan than humans anyway. So if they die or get sick we will have a longer life because we won't die from being sick. Chimpanzees have 99% the same D.N.A. as humans. They can be just as good test subjects as humans. So they can cure sickness like polio and brain cancer. I believe that animals are better test subjects than humans .
Finally, animal testing can help find new diseases and cures. During 2015 how would we know about brain cancer and Avian flu? Chimpanzees share 99% the same D.N.A. as humans. They could help find new cures for tuberculosis and also breast cancer. They could find a disease or flu that killed all off a lot of animals that use to be around. I know that finding new diseases and cures is a good thing to know
