What Is Abraham Lincoln A Hero

Improved Essays
Abraham Lincoln is one of the greatest Presidents and heroes in American history. He is a hero because he was courageous and determined enough to rise from humble beginnings as a farmer to become the most powerful man in the country. He was honest and generous, even inviting his rivals in the presidential campaign to be in his cabinet. Staples helped me a lot in which he taught me to explain my reasoning fully so that the audience know exactly what I am talking about. Another thing that Staples taught me was to explain the setting of the story in full detail so the readers can visualize what’s actually happening in the story this…

On a sweltering summer day in the City of Atlanta or the “ATL” as it is affectionately known today, I visited my best friend while he visited his father for the summer. That day I remember vividly because as soon as we stepped outside of the airport to take the “MARTA” train, I began to sweat profusely.
