Site 2 as shown in Figure 2 is a mid-block crosswalk located on a two-lane undivided urban street segment in Kearny, New Jersey. There are designated pedestrian crosswalks at the upstream and downstream intersections, and also at mid-block. The mid-block is about 25 feet long. The average pedestrian and vehicular volumes recorded at the crosswalk are 137 pedestrians per hour 290 vph,
