Limited Government In an limited government, the government can not do whatever it wants. It’s limited by the concepts in the constitution. There are three branches of government with separate powers and functions. The legislative makes the laws, the executive branch enforces the laws, finally there is the judical, that interprets the laws. Each branches are equal, independent and with different length of services. In an limited government there are checks and balances which limits any part of the government to dominate the others.
