Hey, I am the cherry tree and I will be teaching you about a friendship in the story Faithful Elephants. During the story you could tell the zookeepers had an amazing connection with the three elephants (John, Tonky, and Wanly ) you could tell he loved them. When the zookeepers were forced to starve the elephants to death they all became sad and didn't like seeing the elephants in pity finally one of the zookeepers gave up and gave them food and water. Once the final two elephants (tonky,wanly) died the zookeepers raised their fists to the sky and implored “Stop the war! Stop all wars!”. Not just the elephants the zookeepers had to kill many of the animals for the fear that they would run crazy in the town.
