For this situation staying honest is a key factor to keep our busniess band and image from being ruined. Management wanted to “do the right thing” no matter what result we would face. Since management has based their ethics off of culture and religious values which are personal values, the decision is based more with moral character than positive outcome. Our family culture originating from India has very traditional ethics of how one should live a good clean life. This good clean honest life is what drove the owner to keep up with its roots no matter what happens to the end result this being the sales or financial stability of the company. In the end it all did come together to work out for Polyweld making little profit with the products that are not up to standard but largely not hurting the brand
