I have been more confident through presenting my several projects and speaking in front of many people with English in classes. And at first, it was hard to talk to someone whom I have never met before, but now I feel more comfortable with that and it helped me to make many friends. I was not good at English when I first came to America, but now, I can tell that it is better than before. I am going to study more to know more about English. In America, I learned not only reading, writing, speaking, listening English, but also learned how to be creative, how to do work in group, do not give up and encourage each other.

However, it was my first time to play tennis in my entire life, and I like to swim but the practice was too hard to me. So I thought about to quit these but I did not give up. I kept swimming and playing tennis every day. Although I was not the best player or swimmer in my team, it made me feel good and more confident. I proud of myself that I did not avoid but enjoyed sports. It taught me it is not very important to be the best one, do not give up, do my best, and keep trying new things are the important things. It is not a fail, it is a process to develop myself. I also thought that I want to teach these things to my students when I become a teacher.
Through the foreign exchange student program, I had many experiences and I learned to be confident, love myself, do not give up and keep trying for my goals. And I want to share and teach these to my students. To be a teacher, I will never give up and will try my
