As I have sat in health class this past year I have learned about every facet of nutrition and its’ relationship with the human body and society. This health class demonstrated the truthfulness, and wisdom my grandmother shared with me so long ago. It was a good to do a current self-evaluation of my food choices, servings, and eating habits. My favorite part of the dietary analysis was the breakdown of vitamins and minerals that I was consuming over the three-day period. Through this observation, I found that a vitamin D supplement was needed. The class textbook is saturated with information and I enjoyed studying the systems of the human body. Between the lectures in the classroom, modules online, and studying the textbook the information is now engrained in my brain and there it will
