Personal Narrative: The Clear Cure Diet

I like vegetables and fruits a lot, of course along with rice. I don 't care if it 's little bit salty, oily or fatty or fatty food I ate, sometimes with soda, if there is a gathering. I drank beer, wine and hard liquor with some uncooked meat. I know vegetables and fruits contain a lot of vitamins and mineral. However I am puzzled about why I have arthritis, pain in my knees, on my wrist and joints on my fingers, I also feel pain in my chest and easily get tired as well as poor digestion. I always visit my doctor; take my medicine space but my illness keeps on coming back. While taking on how to cure my illness, I pick up scripture, turn two pages and I found the book of Daniel and began to read it. When I read Daniel 1:2 to 15, I was interested, …show more content…
Results show me that my liver went back to its normal size and my blood sugar was normal. My doctor confirmed on my Hepatitis B was cured, which if not treated, it could lead to cancer of the liver.
Since then, years of the years the Clear Cure Diet is a part of my daily diet routine. I rarely eat meat such as pork and beef. However, if I just concerned that type of meat, I undergo to Clear Cure Diet the detoxify and flush out the ingredients that causes diseases that may lead to dreadful diseases.
I am now 72 years old and I am enjoying my life with my family as well as continuously undergoing lyric your diet regimen. In addition to that, I 'm still working at NAVFAC, HI as a masonry worker. At my age, I 'm feeling healthier, stronger and younger than ever;retiring is not yet on my mind.
Try to Clear Cure Diet way, it has been affected to me, you have nothing to lose. Except the elements that causes illnesses that damages your health. Don 't wait too long to undergo the Clear Cure Diet way, it 's the only way to avoid sounds dreadful diseases.

Nowadays, we should make sure that we take care of our body, not just with the daily exercise that we do, but with the food that we consume. Based on research, most of the diseases that we acquired were caused by the ingredients in the food that we eat. There could be contaminants or ingredients in the food itself that causes damages to our digestive system. Which will in return, cause various diseases to the different parts of our body and when left unattended, it could progress to CANCER.
Even the types of foods that we normally eat could affect our body and can cause health problems or other degenerative diseases.
Supplementary knowledge of the food we eat is truly valuable, and to avoid sickness and unhealthy conditions. This could also help us from expensive medical expenses, passing hereditary diseases to our family and children, and most importantly, to have a better and longer
