This paper will provide a brief overview of what I have learned about myself while taking personality tests from the Pearson Prentice-Hall Self-Assessment Library. I have learned that my personality defines me and sometimes personalities must be adjusted to become a better employee, co-worker, and manager. These tests addressed several different personality aspects. I have explained what these tests have taught me about myself, working with others, and life in organizations. Through these tests, I have learned what my strengths and weaknesses are. I have realized that I must seek God in order to transform my weaknesses into strengths. This transformation will allow me to be a better employee, co-worker, and manager. I am ultimately responsible for myself and must view challenges as learning experiences. One of the most important lessons that I have learned is that I must relax when I am spending leisurely time with my family and enjoy them. Very good
