What work ethic means to me is to be prepared and eager to work on a task. No matter what the task is you will be ready and willing to do whatever is necessary to make sure that task will get done when it needs to get done. I was told that this may be one of the most important traits of a person because it can get you jobs, it can be leave the biggest impression on people that may be important to you, make you pass or fail classes, it can just make you an all around better person if you actually do work hard, which i try my hardest to do most of the time depending on what it is i am working on. You can 't go through life expecting things to be given to you with little to no work being done. You have to actually about what you do and how you do it because you do get what you put into something, so having a great work ethic can be extremely beneficial in the future. I was told growing up that it isn 't always about the results so much as the process of how you did it. If you gave it your best and tried as hard as you could then you can 't be mad at yourself at what you get out of that. If you don 't care and slack off and not try then you can 't complain if you don 't get the results you want. The importance of hard work is indescribable. Good work ethic is one of the most important things, if not, the absolute most important thing someone can have. If you don’t have the will to work then how are you gonna get by in life? You won 't wanna go to school and get a degree if you don 't have the drive to do so. No matter who it is, every successful person will always tell you that hard work and the “drive” is important to any form of success. It’s vital to everyone’s life. I learned that at a fairly young age, as well as seeing plenty of times where that lesson was repeated for me. One of the biggest one to affect me personally
